Master Plans for Museums of the National Network

Development of the Master Plans for the Museums of the State Network, a strategic tool to strengthen the management of these institutions, optimizing resources and generating a positive impact on the preservation and dissemination of cultural heritage.

This project aimed to rethink the thirteen museums of the Nationl Network to promote the adaptation to the new economic and social scenarios through strategic planning. The activities defined a new mission for each institution, and establish specific objectives in the short, medium and long term, facilitating evaluation and accountability. The different phases of the project were developed in dialogue with the teams of the different institutions through the execution of participatory sessions.
